What is your return policy for commercial-grade products?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply to large equipment, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
Does the equipment come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all new equipment sold by MS Restaurant & Equipment Sales carries a full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand, typically covering parts and labor for 1-2 years.

Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes, we ship to both commercial and residential addresses. However, residential deliveries involving heavy equipment may incur a 'Liftgate' fee if a loading dock is not available.
