Securely pack the equipment in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for condition and completeness, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
